Points Leader Grant Enfinger Earns Track-Best Second-Place Finish at Pocono

Grant Enfinger, driver of the No. 23 Allegiant Travel/Beasley Allen Lawyers Chevrolet, earned a second-place finish after starting fourth at Pocono (Pa.) Raceway in the ARCA Pocono 200. Enfinger earned his track-best finish at Pocono in six career starts. This marks the eighth race of the 2015 ARCA season that the Fairhope, Ala. native has held the ARCA championship points lead, with Josh Williams trailing by 65 points. Enfinger battled tightness throughout the weekend. Crew chief Kelly Kovski, called Enfinger to pit road under caution for two right-side tires and fuel to help gain speed where he restarted in the 13th position and ascended into the top-five in just 11 laps. Enfinger did not drop the remainder of the race piloting the No. 23 Allegiant Travel/ Beasley Allen Lawyers Chevrolet to a solid second-place finish.

GRANT ENFINGER QUOTE:
“We had an incredibly fast race car today. (Crew chief) Kelly Kovski did a great job strategizing the pit stops to try and gain speed. Unfortunately, we couldn’t gain enough to catch up to Trevor (Bayne) in the last 20 laps. We have had two strong top-five finishes the last two weekends and I hope to carry that momentum into Michigan (International Speedway) next weekend. Thank you to Allegiant Travel, Beasley Allen Lawyers, Alamo Rent-A-Car and WURTH USA for all their support.”
