ARCA: Lucas Oil 200 Event Preview

Kick Off 2015… Grant Enfinger took the checkered flag in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards season-opener in 2014. He looks to repeat the win with GMS Racing this Saturday at the famed 2.5-mile Daytona International Speedway. Enfinger will pilot the No. 23 Alamo Rent-A-Car Chevrolet Impala in 2015

Daytona Nuggets… Enfinger has four prior starts at the Daytona Beach, Fla., track in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards with one win and two top-10 finishes. He also has one prior NASCAR Camping World Truck Series start posting a 12th-place finish.

Year in Review… Enfinger’s 2014 ARCA Racing Series season concluded with six victories, 11 top-five, 15 top-10 finishes and one pole award. Enfinger earned the Bill France Four Crown award and was second in the driver championship point standings. He was also awarded the honorable H.G Adcox Sportsmanship Award.

Championship Eyes… NASCAR Sprint Cup Series spotter Tim Fedewa, will serve as Enfinger’s spotter for the first race of the 2015 season. The veteran spotter earned the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver championship last season with driver Kevin Harvick.

Racing Action… The ARCA Racing Series season-opener Lucas Oil 200 at Daytona International Speedway will be televised on FOX Sports 1 on Saturday, Feb. 14 beginning at 4:15 p.m. ET. The new qualifying system will have live timing and scoring available on arcaracing.com.
