6/11 – Team BCR and Grant Enfinger Head to Michigan

Team BCR and Grant Enfinger Head to Michigan

(Mooresville, NC – June 11, 2013)  When Grant Enfinger started his 2013 season in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards, he did not expect to be as successful as he’s been; winning his first ARCA Racing Series race and qualifying in the top 8 at every track he has competed at. The one problem Enfinger has faced this season deals mainly with proper funding.

Having to pull out of one scheduled race this season, the ARCA/NASCAR Driver has lost any chance of picking up the 2013 ARCA Racing Series Championship. “It’s unfortunate we aren’t able to run the full season or even attend one of the races we had planned on being a part of,” Enfinger commented.

“Howard Bixman and Team BCR has provided me with top-notch equipment and we had potential to win every race we have competed in this season. I have never been in such great equipment, and this group that I’m surrounded with are the hardest working, dedicated people I have ever been associated with in my racing career. I can’t thank them enough, along with our Marketing Partners for all they do for us.”

Heading to the next race on the driver’s schedule, Team BCR and Grant are thinking positively about the results Michigan will bring.

“Team BCR and I made an appearance at Michigan in 2010,” Grant Enfinger shared. “We made our way up to 5th after starting in 17th. After coming in for a pit stop, our battery died and we had to pull out of the race. We have another chance for a win this season and I’m hoping we can make it happen at Michigan.”

Grant Enfinger will be competing for a win in the No. 90 Motor Honey/Casite, Stanley Industries Ford Fusion at this weekend’s race.

Team Manager/Crew Chief, Howard Bixman mentioned, “We weren’t expecting to take such a long break from the track after Toledo. We’ve used the time to make sure the No. 90 Ford Fusion is in the very best shape. Grant even stayed behind to work on his car while the rest of the team traveled to Pocono. Team BCR, Grant and I are fortunate enough to be partnered with The Casite Company and Stanley Industries for this week’s race. Both companies’ World Headquarters are based in Michigan. We are looking forward to taking them to Victory Lane.”

Miss Motor Honey will be making an appearance at Michigan International Speedway this Friday. Be sure to stop by the autograph session to meet her!
