Chatting with Grant Enfinger…

In two starts at Texas Motor Speedway, you’ve had more success in the spring race at the 1.5-mile track versus the fall race. What are the keys to getting around the Fort Worth, TX track?

“Turns 3 & 4 have a lot of grip, but are starting to get a little bumpy. Turn 1 is very flat, so if your truck isn’t handling well you can lose a lot of momentum that carries the rest of the lap. We will see hot temperatures for the first race at Texas, and the track won’t have grip in it like it will when we come back in November.”
