News and Notes:

• The Down Low on Dover… Grant Enfinger will make his fourth NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series start at Dover International Speedway in Friday night’s KDI Office Technology 200. In three previous starts at the “Monster Mile,” the ThorSport Racing driver has led three laps (2019) en route to two top-five finishes, and a track-best finish of third (2017).

• Triple Truck Challenge… Friday’s 200-lap event, at Dover, marks the second race in the Triple Truck Challenge. “The Trip,” which is available to all 35 drivers on the entry list, will award a $50,000 bonus to the race winner of any one of the three events, an additional $150,000 to win two of the three events, and a cool half a million dollars to win all three events. Since Sheldon Creed claimed the victory in Race No. 1 of “The Trip,” Enfinger is still eligible for a $150,000 bonus for winning two of the three events.

• 2020 Vision… In 12 starts this season, Enfinger has two wins and 11 Playoff Points with only four races remaining in the Regular Season. However, if the Playoffs were to start today, the ThorSport Racing driver would be ranked fifth on the Playoff grid, a mere seven points behind leader, Austin Hill.

• This Week’s No. 98 FarmPaint.com/Curb Records Ford F-150… The No. 98 ThorSport Racing team will unload chassis No. 41 for Friday night’s KDI Office Technology 200 at Dover. This is the same chassis Enfinger piloted to an eighth-place finish at Texas Motor Speedway earlier this season.

• Music To Our Ears… Curb Records recording artist, Lee Brice and his single “One of them Girls,” will make their 2020 debut on board the No. 98 Ford F-150 in Friday night’s KDI Office Technology 200 at Dover. To preview One of them Girls visit, Curb.com.

• 2020 Stats… In 12 starts this season, Enfinger has led 86 laps en route to two wins (Daytona and Atlanta), four top-five and six top-10 finishes, with an average finish of 11.6.

• Truck Series Stats… Enfinger has 95 career Gander Truck starts to his credit since 2010. His success includes 660 laps led en route to four wins, five poles, 32 top-five and 59 top-10 finishes.

• Take Me Back – the Daytona Road Course… Enfinger started 17th, based a performance-based metric, finished 11th in Stage 1 and 28th in Stage 2, due to an electrical issue. However, the ThorSport Racing driver recovered to finish seventh in the inaugural Sunoco 159 at the Daytona International Speedway Road Course. The top-10 result was Enfinger’s career-best road course finish.
